Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the FindaService.ai website and related services (the “Services”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. The Services

FindaService.ai helps customers describe service needs, receive planning-level local estimate ranges, and share requests with a network of qualified service providers. Business users may create provider accounts to participate on the service-provider side of the platform.

We provide a technology platform and marketplace-style matching experience. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, FindaService.ai is not the service provider performing the underlying job and is not a party to any agreement between a customer and a provider for performance of services.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be able to form a binding contract and use the Services in compliance with applicable law.
• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your password and any passkeys/devices used to sign in.
• Accounts require email verification before full access is granted.
• Customer and business roles are separate; access is limited to the role associated with your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, or harmful purposes.
• Submit false, misleading, or infringing content.
• Attempt to bypass security, scrape the Services without permission, or interfere with platform operations.
• Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, qualifications, or the nature of a service need.
• Use the Services to spam, phish, or contact users outside the intended matching workflow in an abusive way.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or if needed to protect the Services or other users.

4. Customer service requests and estimates

AI-assisted intake questions, provider-type matching, and estimate ranges are informational tools intended to clarify scope and set expectations. Estimates are based on typical local averages and assumptions described in the product experience. They are not binding quotes, warranties of final price, or guarantees that a particular provider will accept a job.

When you save a service request, you authorize us to share relevant request details with our network of qualified service providers. Contact timing (including any 48–72 hour expectation shown in the product) is an estimated timeframe, not a guarantee.

5. Service providers

If you register as a business / service provider, you represent that you are authorized to offer the services you advertise or accept, hold any licenses or insurance required by law for your work, and will communicate professionally and lawfully with customers. You are solely responsible for the services you provide, pricing you quote, and compliance with applicable regulations.

6. AI features and availability

Some features depend on third-party AI and other infrastructure. Features may be interrupted, limited, or changed. Administrators may temporarily disable AI-powered functionality site-wide. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Communications

You agree that we may send transactional messages related to your account (such as verification emails and security notices) to the email address you provide. If you provide a phone number, you acknowledge it may be used for account-related or matching-related contact consistent with the Services and applicable law.

8. Intellectual property

The Services—including software, branding, design, and content we provide—are owned by FindaService.ai or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services as permitted by these Terms. You retain rights in content you submit, and you grant us a license to host, process, and use that content as needed to operate and improve the Services and to facilitate matching.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ESTIMATES, MATCHES, OR COMMUNICATIONS WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS OR THAT ANY PROVIDER OR CUSTOMER WILL COMPLETE A TRANSACTION.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FINDASERVICE.AI AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100), IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID US ANY AMOUNTS.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FindaService.ai and its affiliates from and against claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your content, your services (if you are a provider), or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Services. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

14. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree that exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall lie in the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
