Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 7, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how FindaService.ai (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our website and related services (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to this Policy.
1. Who we are
FindaService.ai connects customers seeking local services with qualified service providers. Questions about privacy can be sent to info@FindaService.ai.
2. Information we collect
Account information
When you create a customer or business account, we collect information such as your name, email address, phone number (SMS-capable), password (stored in hashed form), and role (customer or service provider). We also store email verification status and related tokens needed to activate your account.
Service request content
If you create a service request, we may collect the description of your needs, conversation history with our AI intake assistant, ZIP code, matched provider type and specialty, estimate ranges and explanations, request status, and related metadata.
Authentication and security data
If you enable Face ID / passkey sign-in, we store WebAuthn credential data needed to verify those logins (such as public keys and credential identifiers)—not your biometric templates, which remain on your device. We may also process reCAPTCHA responses to help prevent abuse.
Technical and log data
We may collect IP address, browser or device information, timestamps, and operational logs (for example, authentication events, mail delivery status, and AI request errors) to operate, secure, and improve the Services.
3. How we use information
- Create and manage accounts, including email verification and sign-in.
- Provide AI-assisted intake, matching to provider types/specialties, and estimate ranges.
- Share saved customer service requests with our network of qualified service providers as described in the product experience.
- Communicate with you about your account, verification, security, and service-related updates.
- Protect the Services against fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.
- Monitor reliability, diagnose issues, and improve features.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
4. How we share information
We may share information in these situations:
- Service providers / network matching. When a customer saves a service request, relevant request details may be shared with qualified providers in our network so they can respond.
- Vendors. We use processors that help us run the Services (for example, hosting, email delivery, AI model providers, and reCAPTCHA). They may process data only as needed to perform services for us.
- Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law or if we believe disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or the integrity of the Services.
- Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.
We do not sell your personal information for money.
5. AI processing
Portions of the Services use artificial intelligence to ask follow-up questions, match needs to provider categories, and generate planning-level estimate ranges. Content you submit in a service request conversation may be sent to our AI provider to generate responses. Do not include sensitive information you do not want processed for that purpose (for example, unnecessary government ID numbers or unrelated medical details).
6. Cookies and similar technologies
We use session and similar technologies as needed for authentication, security, and core site functionality. Third-party tools such as reCAPTCHA may set their own cookies or collect device signals according to their policies.
7. Data retention
We retain account, service request, credential, and log information for as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain security and auditability, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us; we may retain limited records where required or permitted by law (for example, fraud prevention or legal claims).
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including hashed passwords and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children’s privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
10. Your choices
- Update account details by signing in where the product allows, or by contacting us.
- Request a new verification email if your account is unverified.
- Remove Face ID / passkeys from your account settings.
- Soft-delete customer service requests you no longer want listed as active.
- Request access, correction, or deletion by emailing info@FindaService.ai.
11. International users
The Services are operated from the United States. If you access them from another country, your information may be processed in the United States, where laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
13. Contact
For privacy questions or requests, contact info@FindaService.ai.
